Marv Tarkas Warlord of Mars

I don't remember how this came to me, but it was when I was reading something about the movie in production at Disney/Pixar, John Carter of Mars. It just seemed natural to adapt Marvin the Martian into a relative of Tars Tarkas. I bet Bugs Bunny would be a lot more respectful, meeting this guy in a dark forest, don't you?
